Thank you for shopping with Qi’ToniQ. Below you’ll find details about our order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships


Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

United States (Contiguous)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after shipment

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

U.S. Territories & APO/FPO

  • Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

We currently only ship to the US 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment’s progress.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking information has not updated after 7 business days, please contact us at maryann@myqitoniq.com and we will assist you.

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

Qi’ToniQ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier claims when possible.


Preorders & Limited Edition Items

For preorder or limited-edition items, estimated shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.

Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship separately.
