Thank you for shopping with Qi’ToniQ. Below you’ll find details about our order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after shipment

We currently only ship to the US
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
If your tracking information has not updated after 7 business days, please contact us at maryann@myqitoniq.com and we will assist you.
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos of the item and packaging
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
Qi’ToniQ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier claims when possible.
For preorder or limited-edition items, estimated shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship separately.
