I’m a mother of five, a wife of nearly 30 years, and a lifelong holistic wellness practitioner.
I am also a Reiki Master & Teacher, an ordained shamanic practitioner, and the author of healing curriculum and university-level study programs.
For decades, my work has centered around one purpose:
