1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. International orders may take up to 20 days depending on customs and location.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout.
3. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. You can also log into your Qi’ToniQ account to check order status anytime.
4. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please email myqitoniq@gmail.com or visit our contact page immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address. Once it’s in transit, changes are not guaranteed.
5. My package shows delivered, but I haven’t received it.
Check with your neighbors, building office, or local post office. If it doesn’t turn up after 48 hours, contact us — we’ll assist in filing a claim and helping locate your package.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
NO, however we do update any shipping promotions regularly which will be reflected at checkout.
7. What if my product arrives damaged or missing items?
Reach out to myqitoniq@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items, and we’ll make it right.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After processing begins, we can’t guarantee changes — but contact us right away, and we’ll do our best to assist.
9. Do you offer express or rush shipping?
Yes! Express shipping options (1–3 days) are available at checkout for an additional cost, depending on your location.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay (where available).
